WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our office and studio are located at 11246 Ford Avenue, Richmond Hill, GA USA. Photo shoots take place in and around the Savannah area. This includes, but is not limited to, Savannah, Richmond Hill, Pooler, Wilmington Island, Tybee Island, St. Simons Island and Hilton Head Island. Please inquire for travel requests.


HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?

Michelle has been shooting for fifteen years, but opened her full time portrait business ten years ago. The “for photographer” division launched in 2013. Since our origination we have proudly served more than 500 families.


HOW CAN WE GET IN TOUCH?

The best way to reach us is via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for email reply regarding session and/or mentoring inquiries. Every effort is made to answer emails as quickly and efficiently as possible.


WHAT SUBJECT MATTER DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH?

The primary focus of our business is on children, families, commercial work and boutique school photography. If you have a special photo request, we would love to hear from you.


DO YOU SELL DIGITAL FILES?

Absolutely. We live in a digital world and having your precious images both printed and stored digitally is of critical importance. While it's always our goal to have artwork on your walls, we also strongly believe backing up your files in multiple places is prudent and wise. After your purchase, you'll be given detailed information on proper file storage and printing suggestions. Digital Collections begin at $399. Digital Files are delivered in high resolution and come with a Personal Print Release. Files are delivered via digital download immediately after final payment is received. Galleries are delivered within three weeks of appointment.


WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

Sessions are scheduled after the session fee is received in full. No further payments are due until after the delivery of your gallery. The session fee is $250 and required at the time of booking. Studio Prints, Digital Files and additional products are sold separately. Payments can be made quickly/easily online. Digital Collections begin at $399.


DO YOU OFFER MINI SESSIONS, SALES OR DISCOUNTS?

We do not offer any type of portrait session that is condensed or miniature. All photo sessions are designed to provide the client with a myriad of imagery. We enjoy spending time working together, with you, to create meaningful portraits - nothing rushed or hurried. As a client of ours, you can expect to receive 100-200 final edited images in your online portrait gallery. We offer only one discount annually, in November (Black Friday) of each year. This incentive is offered to everyone on our mailing list.


WHERE DO YOU SHOOT?

Anywhere, really. We can shoot where you would like if you have something in mind, or we can suggest several places for you. We do have a handful of go-to places in and around Savannah, Richmond Hill and Tybee Island. We are also not limited to just one spot. We have plenty of time to shoot, so we can start at one spot and travel to/end at another location. After your session is scheduled, we will chat in detail about all the options, including wardrobe considerations.


WHAT TIME OF DAY DO YOU SHOOT?

Sessions begin two hours before sunset, as a start time. We do not shoot at other times of day, unless it's a commercial/event contract or in-home newborn. The best light and all around best atmosphere for your portraits is during this time period. We will shoot until the children are exhausted and/or the sun has dumped into the sky. All images in our portfolio were shot during this time period.


HOW LONG WILL OUR SESSION LAST?

Timing is typically around an hour. We will usually meet about ninety minutes before sunset and get started within the first 5-15 minutes of greeting one another. Sometimes shoots last a little longer, for various reasons, and sometimes we are able to accomplish our goals in a little less than an hour. With children, nothing is an exact science. We do not watch the clock, but rather, stay to serve you and your family to the best of our ability.


WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RESCHEDULING?

Life happens. We understand. If we need to reschedule due to illness or family emergency, every effort will be made to get you back on the calendar as soon as possible. Weather can interfere with sessions from time to time. If it is cloudy, your session will most likely not be rescheduled, as clouds can be gorgeous in photos. If inclement weather arises, we will make the call on the day of the session around lunchtime so both parties can plan accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable and should a reschedule take place, all payments will be held for a date in the immediate future.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

Images are delivered via online gallery within 3 weeks of your appointment date.

We offer Fuji Deep Matte Professional Prints, Gallery Wrapped Canvas Pieces, Framed Artwork, Acrylic Pieces of varying sizes, Custom Holiday + Occasional Cards, Fine Art Lay-Flat Albums and more.


I'M A COMMERCIAL CLIENT. WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Every commercial project is vastly different. Please inquire for more information on commercial work. Hourly rate begins at $150.
